Resmed Community Analytics Tool: Using data to drive growth
The challenge
Resmed ANZ wanted to take a more evidence-based approach to identifying future growth opportunities. While the organisation had valuable internal data, external health and demographic insights, and deep market knowledge, this information existed across multiple sources. The challenge was transforming these inputs into a shared, geographically mapped framework for decision making.
Our solution
One Engage worked with Resmed’s leaders through an agile co-design process to understand their strategic objectives, decision-making needs and available data sources. Combining advisory and digital expertise, we developed a geospatial analytics platform that integrated business, population and health data into an intuitive decision-making tool. The platform enables commercial leaders to explore and visualise data through dynamic mapping, filtering and reporting capabilities.
The outcome
Resmed now has a shared source of insight that enables commercial leaders to make more consistent, evidence-based decisions, strengthening strategic planning. More than a dashboard, the solution transformed data and organisational knowledge into actionable insight, supporting better decisions and creating a foundation for ongoing innovation.
