Nothing hidden.
We built this site to collect as little as possible. This page sets out exactly what it does collect, plainly. One Engage is part of Gamified Group Pty Ltd and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Cookies and tracking
- We do not set any cookies. There are no first-party cookies, no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
- The site keeps two small values in your browser’s session storage: one so the “scroll to explore” hint on the cube shows only once, and one to restore your scroll position when you use the navigation. Both are wiped when you close the tab, contain no identifier and are never sent to us.
- Our analytics are cookieless. We run our own instance of an analytics platform, privacy-first tool, on our own infrastructure. It records aggregate page views and interactions only, without cookies, persistent identifiers or cross-site tracking, and we do not share it with anyone.
- Fonts, images, video frames and scripts are served from this site, not from third-party networks that could track you.
What we collect
- If you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, enquiry type, message, and whether you ticked “keep me in the loop”. The form is delivered to us as an email; this site does not store enquiries in a database.
- If you tick “keep me in the loop” we may send you occasional One Engage updates. Reply to any of them to opt out.
- Our analytics use your IP address and browser signature to build a daily-rotating, non-reversible identifier so the same visit is not counted twice. The raw IP address is not stored.
Embedded video
- Case-study videos are only loaded when you press play. Nothing from YouTube or Vimeo is loaded, and no cookie is set, until then.
- Vimeo players load with “do not track” on, so Vimeo does not set tracking cookies.
- YouTube players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. It sets no cookies on load, but Google may set cookies once you start playback, under Google’s privacy policy.
