Case study
CPAP Direct: Transforming Healthcare Communication through storytelling
The challenge
CPAP Direct Australia engaged One Engage to support the launch of its ASTA Sleep Program, an in-home service designed to simplify the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnoea. The challenge was explaining a complex healthcare journey in a way that was clear, approachable and engaging for prospective patients.
Our solution
We developed a stylised 3D animated character and used a relatable “day in the life” narrative to communicate the experience of living with sleep apnoea and the benefits of the ASTA Sleep Program. Through visual storytelling and plain language, the animation translated complex information into an accessible and engaging format for use across CPAP Direct’s website and digital channels.
The outcome
The animation provided CPAP Direct with a distinctive launch asset that made the program easy to understand and reinforced its approachable, customer-focused brand. The project demonstrated how animation and storytelling can improve understanding of complex services, increase engagement and support the successful launch of new healthcare programs.
